Who is the Guest?

Jesse Stump is the founder of Cville Properties. He began his real estate investing journey in when he and his wife purchased a duplex on the other side of town but held onto their previous residence as a rental instead of just selling it. Over the next few decades, Jesse began developing a diverse portfolio of properties and attained financial freedom in his 40s.

He possesses an in-depth understanding of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) trades, making him highly skilled in evaluating and resolving property-related issues. With a passion for real estate, Jesse has a diverse background in buying, selling, and managing various property types such as residential, commercial, and multi-family. His education includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from UMBC and an MBA from Loyola University, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
